I've got a sweet spot for this author and look forward to more books, but this one didn't have a satisfactory ending to me, but that could just be my taste. Very detailed and engaging...

What happened to the end?

Story brilliant but ending very abruptly! Such a shame as it spoiled it. Unless it was a mistake in the recording.
