On this episode of The Second Act Podcast, we sit down with one of the survivors of the Humboldt Bronco's bus accident to talk about what the aftermath has held for him.  Ryan Straschnitzki (@rstraz_) has been one of the more visible survivors, chronicling his therapy, sharing milestones and embarking on a sled hockey career.  In this episode, we talk about the things we don't see on the social media posts or the news clips that update us on how things are proceeding with the survivors.  Honest and forthcoming about the good and the bad, Ryan talks about how habits he formed long before the accident were the foundation of his mental and physical recovery.  He acknowledges that every day isn't a good day but he admits the only person with the power to change that is him.  It's an inspiring and heavy gut-check of a conversation and we couldn't be happier to share it with you.
