This is the second of two bonus episodes for season two.  It follows episode 10, which is to say season two episode five.  It does not have a distinct episode number like the regular episodes.  For that, you will need to refer to the bonus episode for season five.  This bonus episode can be thought of as season 3, episode five and a half.
