Most moms begin their second shift when they get home from work.  Have you struggled with juggling your work and personal responsibilities? We are cleaning, cooking, and helping with homework.  We do all of this for after we have been working.  Women are working full time jobs and are expected to carry the weight of the household.  Let's start the conversation on what is a woman's role in the 21st century and how we can do better.
