The Secret of Genius involves  energy, the direction of energy and realizing that you do not create this energy, you receive it.

When you do not allow the “no-saying” principle to come in, you will see that your power to accomplish things and succeed is extraordinary.

The Energization Exercises give you much more than physical strength. They give you ‘energy consciousness’ and ultimately the ability to direct energy toward mental and spiritual levels, which is vitally important.
