The US Patriot Act defines terrorism, international or domestic, as 'acts dangerous to human life' and actions intended to 'intimidate or coerce a civilian population', or government. It also involved details of harboring or concealing persons who have committed arson or attacked government property. By these definitions, media outlets, politicians, doctors, celebrities, rioters, judges, etc., that have used fear and intimidation to gaslight and terrorize the public in the name of health or social justice, and those who have donated or dropped charges that got violent thugs out of prison after riots, are all guilty of terrorism and should be prosecuted under the very law that was passed to make all citizens suspicious and able to be stripped of their rights at a moments notice. The rule of law exists as a means by which to provide swift justice against those who violate the social contract and said law(s). If there is not prosecution, then the fault is on those who refused to act.
