Perception is not always the substance of reality, but our reality is our perception unless we obtain new information. So many of us are worried about telling the truth as if it were a malicious lie, though the latter is spread quicker than the truth and accepted as if it were pure honesty. The volume of suffering is equal to our ability to shoulder it without collapse, though without understanding our suffering eventually overtakes us. In order to overcome we must address what we see as dark. It is then we can be happy, in some regard.
