He held senior sales leadership and training positions in advertising and media over the course of 25 years, the majority of which he spent working for the 3M Company.
Post advertising career, Ted transitioned to higher education and enjoyed a 20-year career in executive leadership positions.
In addition to his leadership and coaching consulting work, Ted teaches English at the local community college.
Kristi Baxter is a mind shifter, mental fitness trainer and thought partner to extraordinary individuals.
