The words we say can either strengthen and encourage, or bring about discouragement, damage and division. In Ephesians 4, the Lord gives very simple instructions: Be kind, be tender hearted and forgive others as Christ forgave you. When put into use, these actions can literally alter the nature of our relationships. The only challenge is whether we are willing to implement them.
