In this episode, I share what I believe is the root of confidence and how we can go beyond relying on ourselves and others. We can empower our children to feel more confident by helping them remember who they are. We must ask ourselves, if we put more confident children in the world, would we have greed, violence, self-hatred, and the like (generational cycle of pain) circling the world?
