They are using direct labour hands - mainly their own, relying heavily on Tom’s dad (warning: self builders listening in will want to borrow Tom’s dad!).  

They join to discuss why they decided on the journey of self building, issues they ran into turn the pandemic and how they managed escalating construction costs.
