Gill continues the series on The Character of God, looking at, The Self-Sacrificing God. As part of the message Mark leads us in Communion. The cross of Jesus is front and centre of our Christian theology, yet so many of us fail to grasp its significance. God freely and willingly entered our world as a vulnerable child and, in the greatest act of self-sacrificing love, was insulted, tortured and crucified so we could be saved to eternal life with Him.
