Both Seth and Luke attended the 3-days men's retreat in WA with Luke holding space as a co-facilitator and Seth entering as a participant. In a slight change of style, Luke takes the mic as host while Seth speaks into his experience as a participant on the retreat.

After leaving the stability and comfort of his company job, Dave stepped out to start his own sparky (electrician) business in the middle of the global pandemic. Then following his curiosity and need for brotherhood, Dave found a local Men's group and began to explore Breathwork as a form of emotional regulation and healing. Having experienced the power and transformation that can come from Breathwork, Dave decided to deepen his understanding and enrolled to become a facilitator himself.
Dave is a man deeply driven by his values in life and shows up with incredible integrity.
