Have you ever been overheard having an argument with someone? Or have you ever overheard someone else having an argument? What happened? (Keep details vague if needed!)

Grow

Have you experienced divisiveness / suspicion between different churches in a town, or churchd denominations? How did this impact you?

What is more important as Christians / Churches? Standing up for truth or standing up for unity?

Are there any issues that you believe we shouldn’t budge on as Christians, even if it creates rifts between us and others?

Which lie do you struggle more with:

I’m all that

God needs me

I don’t need you. (We don’t need each other).

Compare Jesus’ words in Mark 9:40 (whoever is not against us is for us) with Matthew 12:30 (who is not with me is against me). Is this a contradiction? Explain your thoughts.

Have you ever met a Christian from another country / culture? What was that experience like for you? How did this experience enrich you?

In what ways can pride prevent Jesus from using us?

Why are Priscilla and Aquila (Acts 18) such a powerful example for us today on how God loves to use imperfect people, such as Apollos?

Say, and ask your growgroup to repeat after you:

Jesus is all that matters

God does not need me; He can use anyone

I need you and you need me.

Ask around the circle: Do you believe these truths?
