Arnaud Michelin, Finnair’s Regional Manager for Australia, New Zealand and New Caledonia spoke to the program about the seven unwritten rules of flying after footage went viral of a passenger using their bare feet on an entertainment screen. His rules are: Look after your personal hygiene. Shower before a flight but don’t overdo the aftershave or perfume. Leave your shoes on, especially when you’re heading to the bathroom. If you’re listening to music on headphones, keep the volume down. Don’t BYO smelly food, it’s not the time or place. Keep your kids under control.
