Psalm 91:1 says "Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty."

God is our safety, our place of rest, He is our shelter. So why aren't we running to Him everyday and letting Him take care of it?

In today's episode, I share my thoughts on this situation, as well as a personal story of how God's comforted me in the last week.

We don't have to be strong and independent women, we don't have to carry the weight of the world on our shoulders everyday. In fact, we shouldn't do that!

God wants us to depend on Him, to rely on Him and leave every situation in His hands.

Today's reflective challenge:

- what are you carrying today? Write it down and pray over it daily, give it to God and trust Him to figure it out.
