We all know about the power of positive affirmations. But how do you identify and utilize negative affirmations in your shadow work? Positive affirmations are a great healing tool, but can mask a message from your shadow if you use them to wipe out the all the messages coming in.

There are messages coming from your Shadow through the negative affirmations that may haunt your mind. The gem beneath the shadow can be found in your negative self talk and can direct you to the solutions that you are seeking, instead of the problems you think they are presenting. When you really listen to what the constant message in your head is saying, not only will you benefit from the message itself, but you will find that it may quiet the mind because the message has been received. So before you reach beyond yourself for the answers, just consider the answers are actually coming from within... just not the way you thought you would receive them.
