It stands to reason that if an alien craft can transverse a vacuum, it should be able to handle an underwater jaunt with ease.  So when an object crashed into Shag Harbor off of Novia Scotia in the Autumn of 1967 leaving behind in its wake a yellowish foam and a search effort which  including the military which yielded no wreckage, Canada had all the pieces for its very own crashed saucer mystery.
