The Shame Game: Knowledge is Your Power
98's in general work in the shame department. Understanding what the shame agenda is meant to do, takes away the power. When you are going through Self-Discovery, shame is how they try to keep you attached to them and their narrative. Unless they have you in shackles, all they have is shame. We treat the shame that has been used on us like comedy and a learning tool to share with others.

Remember, your growth and self-love are a direct reflection and reminder of what they lack. Narcissists know if you are growing, you will outgrow them. So they try to keep you on their level with shame, fear, worry, and guilt, don't let it become a distraction.
