Frances Brower is a successful professional fitness model and a yoga instructor based in Los Angeles. You may recognize her in campaigns for the biggest brands like Nike, Lululemon and Adidas, to name a few. She radiates positivity and constantly strives to use her platform to empower her community through yoga, fitness and being authentically herself. 

She currently teaches yoga at Equinox along with weekly live classes via Instagram through brands like Vuori and Wellthy.
