As we continue in our Advent narrative we come to the introduction of  the shepherds who were in the field watching their flocks at night! The  first reality we receive is the fact that God came to those who needed  Him most. He didn't inform the wealthy class, nor did He invite the  religious elite! God came and revealed the birth of our Savior to the  lowest class of society during that time! During this Christmas season  let us be mindful to thank the LORD for not overlooking those who needed  help the most, and to praise Him for coming for us because without Him  we would all be in great trouble!!!
