The Shift

I created this space to encourage and 
empower sisterhood. A place to gather and share with you my personal journey and healing. I’m heavy on self care because I came from a place where I didn’t know what that looked like at all. I’m constantly growing, learning and evolving. I’m happy to have you along with me and as a side note Sisters of Tab Street Outreach is a business I birthed shortly after the unexpected demise of my baby sister. I’ll also keep you updated on where I’m at in that ministry. Join me here for words and acts of kindness, love and forgiveness all in the name of sisterhoods.
