A sign painter - or scenic artist - is responsible for creating all hand-painted signage on a film set - from old school shop signs, to futuristic logos from another world. Yinka meets sign painter Jorge Jacobs to hear all about the artistic touch that he brings to productions.

This role requires artistic skill, a knowledge of different lettering styles and techniques, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and collaborate with other departments.
