It makes you feel like you're living life for someone else instead of yourself. Over time, you become accustomed to neglecting yourself to the point where it becomes a habit.

However, there is hope! By painting your own picture of your life and determining the impact that you want to make you are:

-Allowing yourself to dream which allows you to get back in touch with your own creativity.

-You give yourself direction which allows you to understand what to focus on and what the next steps are.

-Creating a version of happiness that fits you and who you desire to become.

Don't deny yourself the ability to experience peace and happiness.
