Buddha Day is one of the most important festivals in the Buddhist year, usually celebrated on the full moon in May. We celebrate the Buddha’s enlightenment or awakening.
Sona has been an ordained member of the Triratna Buddhist Order for forty years and his name means Gold. Sona has devoted his life to practising and teaching mindfulness, meditation and Buddhist philosophy around the world.
