He starts off by talking about some of the biggest names in the sport including Tom Dumoulin and Vincenzo Nibali and how their presence on their new teams could positively or negatively impact their new teammates.

Randy then moves on to discuss some of the more underrated transfers that he's excited about before going way off the radar with some names that no one is talking about but could have bright futures ahead of them in the World Tour.

Finally, Randy discusses 5 teams that he thinks have either gained or lost the most during the Silly Season, and which riders will have the greatest impact on those teams in 2020.
