On this episode of the simplypodcast, we interview Anna Pass, Digital Channels Manager at National Grid. Anna has been working in communications for over a decade at National Grid, and prior to this has worked at companies such as npower, Open GI and Bupa. She completed a degree in Marketing, and started her career as a Marketing Executive at Bupa, before moving into Internal Communications in her role at npower.  

Simply, a Gallagher Company’s Content and Community Manager Aish Rajavelu recently interviewed Anna, speaking about GridGPT, National Grid’s AI tool built on ChatGPT, as well as what her day-to-day looks like and what channels and platforms they use at National Grid.
