Chris has been working at Rolls Royce for 13 years, and prior to this he worked at Soundhouse Media, producing materials for a range of leading companies including GlaxoSmithKline, BAE Systems, Virgin Media, Microsoft, PWC and the BBC.
We interviewed Chris recently to find out more about how Rolls Royce engage their global workforce of 42,000 employees, and what tech platforms and channels they use to do this. We also speak more broadly about his experience in internal communications and what inspired him to move into IC from journalism.
