With over 25 years of experience in diverse and fast-changing communication roles, Nadia Dupont is a senior manager leading global internal communications at Philip Morris International (PMI). Her mission is to shape and deliver effective communication strategies that support PMI's vision of creating a smoke-free future. 

In her current role, Nadia manages global internal communication initiatives with company-wide impact, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and engagement.  

She has also completed several certificates and programs from prestigious institutions, such as INSEAD, Georgetown University, and IMD Business School, and is a fluent speaker of English, French, and German, thriving in dynamic and diverse environments.
