From as early as I can remember I have experienced a phenomenon that has been recorded throughout history by many ancient cultures. It is a terrifying experience that happens at night during REM and it has baffled scientist and spiritual advisors, leaving little answers for those who are prone to what is scientifically called "Sleep Paralysis".  In many cultures it is known by "The Sitting Demon" or "Sitting Ghosts".  I would love to hear from you!
