What is The Six to Joy?  It's six small things you can do each day, to create more space for you in your life.  So what are they?

1.  Wake up 1 minute earlier every day for 60 days.
2.  Develop a morning routine.
3.  Start a Gratitude Journal.
4.  30 minutes of self care each day.
5.  Strengthen a Relationship.
6.  Brain Dump.

We review each item in this episode and talk about why we chose these six things.  Ultimately, we want each of you to have more space in your life for joy -- but we don't want it to be a chore.  It shouldn't be hard.  These six things are meant to be easy and IMPACTFUL in your life -- which leads to impact in the lives of those around you.
