Brian interviews Rochester's Brady Hamilton, Jarrod Van Orden  and Canadaigua's Johnny Delforte talk about moving to Colorado to explore the west through jobs at Cooper Mountain. All three earned positions at Cooper Mountain and talk about expectations leading up to the trip. The three talk about how they got into the sport, family and the desire to travel.
