For one night, give up the comfort of your bed and opt to sleep on the floor instead. Not only will this be quite an adjustment for your body, but it will also push you out of your comfort zone. Be mindful of your posture while sleeping to prevent back pain. The goal is not to toss and turn all night, but to understand and appreciate the comfort of your everyday life and to have the experience of living without it, even if it's just for a brief period of time.
