This is a brief run down of the talk I have been having with small businesses in the the local cities. All small businesses have been feeling the hit. The traffic and stores visit has decreased, but we need to have it back up. The small businesses are the backbone of the community and they need all of us. We need the community to come out, if you can.

On this episode, I discuss the reality of life and how we must always fight. Life goes on and we will get our low and our highs, but we must always try to be prepare for what life throws at us and be ready to fight. We have decisions to make and the more knowledge we know the better we can decide and attempt to get the outcome that favor us. College expenses are high and we will discuss how to take charge. Accept the future and what you expect to receive and be ready to use all your assets to push you to a new level.

In this episode I talk about the grand opening for the business Saucedo's Gear in the city of Montebello. After attempting to launch the business at the start January, but it was delayed due to the wildfires of Los Angeles and other reason, they finally announced their store opening. Saucedo's Gear is a clothing retail store for the urban community. They have shirts and pants from brands like Shaka, Proclub and many more. They initially had other plans for business, but ended up with the retail store. Besides their grand opening for that business, they also shared that they have the neighboring suite as a photo studio. Listen in to my thoughts of their grand opening.

This video will honor and recognize some small businesses that closed in LA in 2024. I have a few that came in to the radar and I don't doubt there is more. Small business closures are another chapter into the owner's life. We are honoring the fallen businesses because THEY TRIED. In this world, we have to TRY. We have to spend a lot of time and money to try to make something, regardless if it's a restaurant, clothing store, beauty salon, retail store, or any other business. I am trying just as you are to make something and while we are not guaranteed let's push forward and learn from each experience. OUR TIME WILL COME!!!
