Likely the biggest challenge in remote work is isolation and loneliness. Added to that challenge is leadership overlooking this fragile subject. That said, a majority of our relationships begin in the workplace. Is there a structured process to help organize these social connections? What KPI's or metrics can be used to help quantify the importance of social connections?
