In this episode I sit down with Ladies Who Lift Founder Rae Reichlin to discuss her fitness origin story, finding your niche, fitness content creation, programming for glute growth and the importance of strength training during pregnancy.
Rae created Ladies Who Lift after watching many of her female clients have physical and mental breakthroughs they never thought possible through learning to lift properly with confidence.
Having experienced it herself, Rae understand the fear, apprehension, and misinformation, that can sometimes come along with lifting and getting stronger, and wanted to create a space and environment where women felt comfortable to come to together to learn and perfect this method of training.
Rae promotes empowerment through pushing one's own boundaries, and being there for others who are trying to do the same. By educating women about each of their bodies needs and impressive capabilities Rae aims to leave clients ready to lead happy, healthy connected lives.
Rae has an incredible story. Her content is informative and at the same time fun and chock full of personality. She is someone people gravitate towards because she is authentically her self at all times; whether she's coaching, making content or a guest on a podcast. I have a lot of admiration and respect for what she is doing and I look forward to her smashing all her goals in 2023. We need more people in the fitness industry like Rae!
