These two Tokaj episodes are built as a single logic chain. Tokaj only makes sense when you keep both wines in your head at once: the sweet wines that depend on fog, botrytis, shriveling and hand selection, and the dry wines that require the opposite—health, airflow, and sites above the fog zone. This is a region where the same climate pattern can create luxury or spoilage depending on how the vineyard is managed.
