The Song of Victory

“And they sing the song of Moses, the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb: Great and marvelous are your works, Lord God Almighty; just and true are your ways, King of the nations.” – Revelation 15:3.

Picture this: the people of Israel walking through the Red Sea, looking back and seeing their enemies defeated. What came out wasn’t fear, or doubt, but a song of victory. That was the song of Moses.

Now fast forward to Revelation 15. The Bible shows us another people, another song—the song of the Lamb. An even greater song, because it doesn’t just celebrate freedom from human slavery, but victory over the slavery of sin and over the system that rises against God.

See the difference? The song of Moses was about temporary deliverance. The song of the Lamb is about eternal deliverance.

And notice this: the text says God’s works are “great and marvelous” and His ways are “just and true.” That means when everything is over, when the cosmic conflict is finished, no one will be able to say God was unfair. Everyone will recognize: He was just all along.

Here’s the question: when that song rises in heaven, will you be in the choir? Will you sing with joy because you experienced the Lamb’s victory in your own life… or will you only hear it from a distance, realizing you let the chance slip away?

Maybe today you’re facing your own battles—anxiety, addictions, doubts, hidden sins, fear of the future. But the same God who opened the Red Sea, the same One who promised victory over Babylon, is the same One who can open a way in your life right now.

There’s no middle ground. Either you walk with the Lamb, or you get trapped in the system that fights against Him.

So here’s my appeal: let Jesus write your victory story. Let Him give you strength to overcome what you can’t handle on your own. The song of deliverance isn’t just for the future—it can start today in your life.

So… when heaven’s choir begins to sing, will you be in the middle of it?
