The vibrant colors of the vegetables peeking out from the golden broth were a feast for the eyes. I eagerly spooned up a mouthful, savoring the rich flavors that danced on my taste buds. The first aspect of the Sopa de Verduras that caught my attention was the freshness of the ingredients.
