As a self-proclaimed food enthusiast, I am always on the lookout for new and exciting dishes to try. Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at a local Mexican restaurant and indulging in their signature Sopes with Carnitas dish. I must say, it was nothing short of a culinary masterpiece. The dish arrived at our table piping hot, the aroma of savory pork and spices wafting through the air.
