Hello, my name's Sam, I'm an RICS Chartered Building Surveyor and an RICS APC Assessor. This is my podcast focusing on providing help to struggling RICS Final Assessment Interview candidates through real-life examples, competency-based example questions and answers, and expert interviews. As a Chartered Surveyor, buildings don't come to you, you go to the buildings, so I found it incredibly helpful to talk through questions, practising answering questions and listening to recordings while driving to site and from site.
