My vision is to create a sacred container where you can come to find support, community, resources, and tools to help you navigate your spiritual journey and live your soul’s purpose.

I started this podcast because I remember how overwhelmed, confused, and lost I felt during the early parts of my spiritual awakening journey. All I wanted was to find guidance, direction, and different tools to navigate, what felt like the unknown. If that’s where you are right now, I get it and I want you to feel supported through the process.

Together, we will deep dive into topics like navigating your spiritual awakening, trust and surrender, the multidimensionality of our spiritual being, and merging your spiritual practices with your daily life.

I’ll also be chatting with fellow seekers about how their spiritual curiosity led them to awaken their soul’s truth and purpose. From rock bottoms to breakthroughs, this podcast will explore how to navigate the highs, the lows, and the in-between of a spiritually curious lifestyle.
