The Soul Hunters Normal and Heroic raid guide! The Soul Hunters is the optional boss of the Manaforge Omega raid of The War Within, but it drops great loot so consider fighting it! This The Soul Hunters guide will walk you through the important healer, tank and DPS raid mechanics you need to clear this Manaforge Omega raid boss. Be sure to get your Reshii Wraps artifact cloak (from the K’aresh campaign questing) before you try to raid in Manaforge Omega!

You fight the three Soul Hunters at once. One tank should take Velaryn and the other Illyssa, then swap after Velaryn’s Eyebeam. Damage the three bosses evenly and bring them down together. There’s plenty to dodge, soak and heal through in the main phase. Soaking purple soaks gives Devourer’s Ire, which is needed to then soak up the purple puddles in the room. Soak green tank copies to save your tank.

At full energy, you get an intermission. Adarus goes first and the raid needs to all soak orbs to keep them from reaching the middle. The next intermission is Velaryn, and she gives everyone Blaze lines to spread out with. The third intermission is Illyssa’s frontal cones- avoid her leap, get beside it and avoid her frontal cone.

On Heroic, dispel Devourer’s Ire at around 8 stacks. Spread out within the The Hunt soak lanes. Be careful soaking orbs in Intermission 1, let your stacks fall off before taking too many stacks.
