The Goddess Isis, (known to the Egyptians as Aset or Eset) was the sister of Osiris, Seth, and Nephthys. Nephthys (known to the Egyptians as Nebthwt or Nebthet) was married to Set who represented the desert, while Nephthys represented the air. Whereas Isis had strong links with the light of the risen sun and with Egyptian kingship, Nephthys was associated with the setting sun, and twilight. Isis and Nephthys are the mirror image of each other, both are magical protectors. Isis can be sought for magical protection during the day and Nephthys can be sought for magical protection during the night.

For thousands of years many have worked with the lunar cycles in magical ceremonies, in meditation and manifestation rituals. Lunar energies have been utilised for healing and manifesting white magic. Lunar energies have also been used to fuel destructive and karmically binding forms of black magic. Moon magic of all kinds are very potent though there are dangers in working with lunar energies even for white magic.

The word ‘lunacy’ gives a good clue as to the potential dangers of working too closely with lunar energies. This is because lunar energies potentially opens us to deception and interference by lower astral and galactic energies, entities and fallen angels.

It seems apt to share this on Valentine’s Day (2026) which has long been a chosen day to celebrate romantic love. Not that this is a day I am particularly interested in, rather this is because so many are focused on love and connection this day.

I offered an exercise on a live call the evening before Valentine's Day 2026 to upgrade and uplift all relationships, not just romantic, to a higher level of light and love. Please know that the light this year is accelerating and this will possibly impact some of your relationships.

In this exercise we invoke three circles. The largest one represents all your acquaintances, the people you have some form of connection to however slight. The next circle within the larger circle represents all the people you have a closer connection to. The third circle within the other two represents your intimate connections, romantic partner and/or children if relevant. In this exercise each circle is infused with angelic light and light also from the crystalline core of sun and earth.

Kali Ma is a major goddess in Hinduism, primarily associated with time, death, and destruction. Kali is also connected with transcendental knowledge and is one of a number of goddesses who provide liberating knowledge. Of the numerous Hindu goddesses, Kali is held as the most famous. She is chiefly worshipped as the Divine Mother, Mother of the Universe, and Divine feminine energy.

The origins of Kali can be traced to the pre-Vedic and Vedic era goddess worship traditions in the Indian subcontinent. Kali appears in many stories, with the most popular one being when she manifests as personification of goddess Durga to defeat a demon. The iconography of Kali makes her a unique figure among the goddesses and symbolises her embodiment of blood, death and destruction.

Her appearance can be purposefully shocking, as she comes to disrupt and destroy what needs to be disrupted and destroyed at a personal and planetary level. Rough love is certainly her way to help you discover your wisdom and your power.

Kali protect and bestows liberation (moksha) to all those aligned with the light. Protector of She protects and guides followers to truth, liberation, freedom, and higher consciousness. To those aligned with darkness she appears as a fierce warrior, having four-armed, holding various weapons. She comes as a destroyer of ignorance and evil. Her appearance is dark blue, with long tangled hair, red tongue, gaunt with sunken eyes, she wears a tiger skin sari and a garland of human skulls.

This remastered meditation starts with sealing the room you are in such as a bedroom or office area. You can also expand the meditation to seal a larger space such as an apartment, house or larger office section from lower energetic interference.
