This prayer is for the woman who is still waiting. The woman who is carrying a grief she doesn’t always know how to explain. The woman who trusts God, but still has questions. The woman who celebrates other people’s answered prayers while quietly wondering, “God, when will it be my turn?”
My heart goes out to every girl listening to this with a tender heart, a broken heart, or a heart that is simply tired of waiting.
If you’re grieving what you thought your life would look like… if you’re waiting for love, for motherhood, for restoration, for a promise you’re still believing God for, this prayer is for you.
You don’t have to pretend you’re okay here. You don’t have to rush the grief or have all the answers. Bring the ache, the disappointment, the hope, and the waiting to God.
My prayer is that as you listen, you feel less alone—and deeply reminded that God sees you in the waiting, holds you in the grieving, and has not forgotten you.
This one is for the girls who are still believing.
