Internationals enjoy making music together, already for many years. In COVID times that may not be easy but nonetheless we see an active organisation that brings together internationals: Music with Strangers.

With The Sound of Eindhoven, "This is Eindhoven" challenges musicians and producers to create an anthem or soundtrack as an ode to the city. On Radio 4 Brainport, we contacted internationals who you live here and have a strong connection with the city and who joined the competition. Enrique Cruz created an Eindhoven Anthem, that is a tribute to the city that appreciates in so many aspects. Alex Furnica and Mohsen Mehrafrouz have chosen "The City of Light" as a title, to reflect the multi-cultural society, the many nationalities.
