They locate the shed containing these amber jars, noticing the wax seals resemble the beeswax polish used in the Candlemakers Spire, suggesting an old thermal buffer. Finnian notes the presence of Fine Grey Powder near the shed, confirming the resonance drain is active in that area. They realize they must transport the jars to the silent Spruce, but first, they need a non-conductive buffer, recalling the wool felt padding used for material adhesion stabilization, to protect the jars during transit.
