The Moses generation experienced tribulation trying to escape something. The Joshua generation endured persecution to embrace their promise! Not all persecution is equal! One is fear-based and the other was promise driven. One was running FROM and one was running TO.

Fear is a bigger enemy to you than you realize!

Though Darryl was extremely successful in his career, his personal life was plagued with addictions, abuse, divorces, cancer, jail-time and other issues. Darryl finally found true redemption and restoration in Jesus Christ.

Today, Darryl's purpose and passion is serving the Lord Jesus Christ by speaking a message of hope and helping others transform their lives through the power of the gospel. Darryl travels the country speaking and bringing a message of hope and restoration in Christ.

Instead of running FROM all the pain and mess, we must run TO the safety of God’s presence in the middle of all the mess, by anchoring himself to WHO God is, and not just WHAT God does.

He has promised us victory. We can run to that!

Running TO is an intentional focus on who God is and a steadfast trust and confidence that God will unconditionally give you refuge and peace. That He is a good God who is faithful.

Running FROM your situation will never fix your situation. Running TO what God has for you will always give you victory in due season.

Many times we can do all the right things. We are praying, speaking scripture, tithing, counseling etc. But if the reason we are doing those is based on fear of losing or failure, we have the wrong foundation. The foundation to get victory always has to be based on faith of running TO what God has.

When in crisis, our temptation is to run FROM the situation we are in. But what if that’s not the answer? What if the answer is to run TO what God has spoken over you!

Stop being overwhelmed by the problem. Focus on praising him for what is still to come, instead of being afraid of what currently is.
