Over the last few weeks we have been in a series called “Discovering Jesus”

where we are working our way through an account of Jesus’ life according to the

physician and historian Luke. In this week’s message we turn a corner, because it

seems like, as we get into some of Jesus’ teachings and parables a specific

theme begins to emerge. This theme seems incredibly important to Jesus, and

anyone who follows Him. We are exploring the theme of generosity and we

discover that it goes beyond finances and reveals something significant in our

hearts.
