Remembering Frank Sinatra Jr. and the 1963 Kidnapping, Gogi Grant, Robert Horton, Joe Santos, Larry Drake
In December of 1963, three men kidnapped Frank Sinatra Jr., the son of the country’s most popular singer. He was later returned unharmed and lived in this father’s shadow the rest of his life. Gogi Gran sang one of the most famous songs of the 1950’s “The Wayward Wind”, which knocked Elvis Presley form the top of the charts. Robert Horton was a recurring regular on Wagon Train, the early 1960’s Western known for its famous guest stars. Joe Santos was a veteran character actor who played opposite James Garner in the 1970’s Rockford Files. Larry Drake played a mentally impaired office worker in a regular role in the 1980’s television drama, L.A. Law.
